I don’t think that one day you wake up and choose your career, like “I want to be an astronaut.” It’s a series of steps and choices that you make. And then when you reflect back on your life it’s there but you can’t quite pick when it magically happened. You can look into your past and see guideposts pointing you into the direction and then realize that you were pointing to it all along. That’s where I’m at. I’m a writer, but I didn’t wake up one day and think “I want to be a writer.” It was more of a slow progression. But this is the next guidepost in my journey, to get my work out into the world and have people read what I write. My goal in all of this is for you, the reader, to enjoy the stories I post and to make sure that the five minutes you take reading this site is worth your time.
